Mr. James Wilbert Vincent of Summersville, Kentucky, son of the late Gilbert and Rudell Clark Vincent, was born on December 11, 1957 in Leitchfield, Kentucky. He departed this life on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky having attained the age of 67 years, eight months and two days.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. James enjoyed riding motorcycles, was a member of the American Legion Riders, and a member of the Sons of the American Legion Rod Lowe Squadron 124.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Vincent, having united in marriage on September 2, 2006.
Other survivors include one daughter: Amy Marie Cundiff (Amanda) of Elizabethtown; five grandchildren; plus a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Terry Vincent and Mike Vincent.
Visitation for Mr. James Wilbert Vincent is requested on Tuesday from 1 PM until 2:30 PM, Central Time, at the Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home in Greensburg.
A service will be conducted at 3 PM, Central Time, on Tuesday on the grounds of the American Legion Rod Lowe Post 124 in Greensburg, with cremation to follow.
All motorcycle riders are requested to meet at the funeral home by 2:30 PM, Central Time.
