Linda Joyce Wright

Ms. Linda Joyce Wright of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Bill and Flora Blakley, was born on May 17, 1949 in Adair County, Kentucky. She departed this life on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at the Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, Kentucky having attained the age of 73 years, four months and 30 days.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a homemaker. Her greatest joy was the time spent with her family.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Ronald Wayne and Rhonda Wright of Campbellsville & Darrell and Tonya Wright of Greensburg; seven grandchildren: Ashley Wright, Katie Wright, Heather Holt, Charlie Wright, Andrew Moore, Kalie and Travis Stringer and Cierra Wright; five great-grandchildren: Eleanor Stringer, Conner Holt, Greyson Holt, Brantley Northup and Rylan Northup; two brothers: Larry and Darlene Blakley of Louisville and Michael Blakley of Columbia; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a special friend: Ken Maly.

The funeral services for Ms. Linda Wright will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home in Greensburg with burial to follow in the Green County Memory Gardens. Bro. Greg Whitlow officiating.

Visitation is requested on Monday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Central Time, and after 7:00 A.M. Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of contributions to the Hosparus of Green River or the Gideon Bible Fund, all of which can be made at the funeral home.
